The former Leeds United defender has been linked with a move to Bury on a free transfer.

Bury are interested in signing former Leeds United defender Sol Bamba, according to The Sun.
It has been reported that the League One club are lining up a deal for the Ivory Coast international centre-back.
Bamba is a free agent at the moment, having left Leeds on September 1.
It was announced on the Championship club’s official website that the 31-year-old left the Whites by mutual consent due to personal reasons.

The former Leicester City defender had lost his place in the Leeds starting lineup under head coach Garry Monk.
Bamba has proved himself to be capable of playing in the Championship, and a move to League One would come as a surprise to many.
However, a short-term deal, perhaps until January, would not be a bad idea for the central defender.

The former Hibernian and Trabzonspor centre-back is without a club at the moment, and he will surely want to start playing competitive football again.
Bury are third in the League One table at the moment with 14 points from eight matches, just two points behind leaders Scunthorpe United.
