Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish has been linked with a move to Middlesbrough in the January transfer window.

Aston Villa are ready to offload Ross McCormack in the January transfer window, according to The Daily Mail.

It has been reported that Villa have made McCormack available, and that they are offering to pay nearly half of his £45,000-per-week wages to clubs interested in a loan move.

McCormack is a good player, but it seems that Villa manager Steve Bruce has had enough of him and does not consider him as part of his plans for the remainder of the season.

The 30-year-old striker has scored three goals and created 42 chances in 20 Championship appearances for the Villans so far this season.

Meanwhile, The Daily Mail has reported that Jack Grealish will remain at Villa and will not leave in the January transfer window.

It has been claimed that Premier League club Middlesbrough have decided that a bid at this stage would be too complicated.

Grealish, who can operate as a winger or as an attacking midfielder, has scored three goals and created 20 chances in 21 Championship matches for the Villans so far this campaign.

Villa are 13th in the Championship table at the moment with 36 points from 27 matches.
