Liverpool are reportedly set to make a new bid for RB Leipzig’s Naby Keita.
According to The Mirror, RB Leipzig midfielder Naby Keita has had his head turned by the prospect of working with Jurgen Klopp – and Liverpool will respond with a new £70million bid.
The Reds have broken their transfer record once already this summer having splashed the cash to sign Roma winger Mohamed Salah, but that record could be broken again.

Klopp is pursuing a new central midfielder this summer, and his top target has been RB Leipzig star Naby Keita, with Bild reporting just days ago that the Reds failed with a bid of €65million (£57million) for the Guinea international.
Now, The Mirror report that Keita has had his head turned by the prospect of working with Liverpool boss Klopp and wants a move to Anfield, with a new bid seemingly in the offing.
It’s claimed that Liverpool are still pushing Leipzig to sell, and with Klopp unwilling to take no for an answer, the Reds are allegedly poised to offer a stunning £70million in a bid to finally get the deal done.
Keita, 22, joined Leipzig from sister club Red Bull Salzburg last summer, and he starred in the Bundesliga last season with eight goals and seven assists in a superb debut campaign for Leipzig.

A box-to-box midfielder with a great engine and real quality in the final third, Keita would be a huge addition to the Liverpool midfield, and much would be expected of him with such a huge transfer fee involved.
Whilst Inter Milan are claimed to be interested, Keita allegedly has his heart set on a move to Liverpool, and the Reds could just get their man with their stunning £70million offer.
