According to 90Min, three Premier League clubs have had contact over a deal to sign Real Madrid ace Martin Odegaard at the end of the season.
It’s claimed that Real have told Odegaard that they will be moving him on and he is free to find a new club this summer, which has left the playmaker ‘heartbroken’.
Odegaard allegedly wants a huge deal worth £200,000-a-week, which is a problem for Arsenal as they look to keep the Norwegian beyond the end of the season.
Odegaard has made a big impact at Arsenal since arriving on loan at the Emirates Stadium in January, and fans are desperate for him to stay at the club for next season and possibly longer.
The problem is that his wages are huge, and now this report claims that three other Premier League rivals have now made contact over a potential deal for Odegaard.
You would have to imagine that Liverpool are one of them, as the Daily Star reported last week that the Reds want to sign Odegaard at the end of the season, with Chelsea also interested.

Add in that Jurgen Klopp was spotted talking to Odegaard on the pitch after Liverpool beat Arsenal 3-0 on Saturday night, and a move to Anfield may not be out of the question.
If these claims are true, it’s looking increasingly difficult for Arsenal to keep hold of Odegaard, and it may require something of a fire sale to free up money on the wage budget in order to sign him permanently.
