According to Calciomercato (via Mundo Deportivo), Jose Mourinho has already made his mind up over what to do regarding Gareth Bale’s future at Tottenham.
The Wales international is currently on a season-long loan in north London from Real Madrid, having been frozen out at the Santiago Bernabeu by Zinedine Zidane.
Calciomercato’s report states that Mourinho wants to turn Bale’s temporary spell back at Spurs into a permanent move, and is hoping to do a deal for €15 million (£13.4 million).
The former Chelsea manager is said to be happy with the ex-Southampton forward, and has seemingly already made up his mind just a few months into the season.
The report also adds that a permanent exit from the Spanish capital would be beneficial to Real Madrid, as they wouldn’t be required to pay one more year of Bale’s huge salary.

It is no surprise that Mourinho has already – reportedly – made a decision regarding his new No.9.
Since returning to the club where he made his name, Bale has done well.

He netted a late winner against Brighton recently to keep Tottenham’s title hopes alive and kicking, while some of his displays in the Europa League have been impressive.
We are yet to see the 31-year-old back to his very best as Spurs manage his fitness wisely and cautiously, although it surely can’t be much longer until he’s back fit and firing.
