AC Milan could walk away from a deal to sign Tottenham Hotspur’s Serge Aurier after Daniel Levy’s demands, according to the London Evening Standard.

Spurs want £22 million for the right-back, with Milan said to only be willing to offer £13 million.

The Italian club have now started to look at alternative targets, with Denzel Dumfries of PSV on their radar.

Whether Tottenham will be able to agree a compromise now remains to be seen.

Jose Mourinho is said to be willing to allow Aurier to leave this summer, as he looks to raise funds to his own planned additions.

Aurier has improved since Mourinho’s arrival, and been a mainstay in Tottenham’s starting line-up, but he remains far too error prone.

The Ivorian has been at fault for a number of goals which Tottenham have conceded over the past campaign, and it is felt that an upgrade could be needed for next season.

Tottenham are said to be interested in Lille right-back Zeki Celik in the same report, with Mourinho seemingly already lining up a potential replacement.
