Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho was ‘furious’ with Steven Bergwijn on the touchline after he missed a big chance against Leeds United, Football London suggest.
Bergwijn had the chance to put Tottenham 2-0 in front in the first-half, but he could not end his goal drought from close range.
The £27 million Dutchman (BBC Sport) swivelled well, but his shot was badly miscued and went way wide, from what was a decent position.
Mourinho has recently bemoaned Tottenham’s failure to put games to bed, after seeing them throw away leads against Wolves and Crystal Palace, and the miss apparently caused the Portuguese boss great annoyance.
Football London shares how Mourinho yelled and turned away from the pitch as Bergwijn missed, in a show of anger.

In the end the miscued shot did not prove costly for Tottenham, though.
Spurs ran out 3-0 winners over Leeds, with Bergwijn putting in a credible performance once again.
The 23-year-old may not be firing on all cylinders in front of goal, but he continues to play an important role for his side.
And Tottenham do seem to look a much bigger attacking threat when the Dutchman is involved.
