Tottenham Hotspur have given Japhet Tanganga a specialised fitness programme, as they look to get him back to full fitness.
The Telegraph report that the Spurs youngster is set to miss the restart of the Premier League after picking up a back injury.
Tottenham are reportedly hoping that Tanganga will be back before the end of the season, but he is currently in no fit shape to play.
Tanganga has still been able to train at Spurs, but only on an individual programme.
The 21-year-old’s exercises have been limited and he has concentrated on a programme which takes any pressure away from his back.

Tanganga’s injury is a blow to Spurs, just as it seemed that they may have a fully fit squad to pick from.
Jose Mourinho has relied on the youngster a lot since he took charge, with the Portuguese boss taking a real shine to the academy graduate.
Tanganga has played right across Tottenham’s back-line and his versatility was making him a vital squad player.
