Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho is apparently open to bringing Christian Eriksen back, as he admires the Dane’s finishing ability.
Gazetta dello Sport in Italy say that Eriksen has two options as he looks to leave Inter Milan this month – PSG or Tottenham.
In the case of Spurs, Mourinho is said to be a big admirer of the playmaker, who was with him for his first two months in charge, before leaving in a £17 million deal (BBC Sport).
The Portuguese boss apparently rates Eriksen’s shooting abilities, as well as his ability to set up others.
Tottenham, therefore, could pursue a surprise deal – although there would surely be question marks over just how much game time the 28-year-old would receive.

Dele Alli has struggled to fit into Tottenham’s system this term, with Mourinho favouring Tanguy Ndombele in his advanced midfield slot.
With Ndombele in good form, it seems unlikely that Mourinho would drop the Frenchman any time soon.
And if Eriksen did return to Spurs he may have to make do with a role as a covering option, rather than a permanent starter.
