It has been reported that Celtic in the Scottish Premiership and Bristol City in the Championship in England have made enquiries for the 19-year-old Motherwell midfielder.
The report has also credited Premier League trio Southampton, Burnley and Brighton with interest in the Scotland Under-21 international.
According to The Daily Record, Motherwell want at least £2.5 million as transfer fees up front and more than £500,000 in add-ons.

Promising talent
Turnbull is one of the best young midfielders in the Scottish Premiership and played well for Motherwell this season.
According to BBC Sport, the 19-year-old midfielder scored 15 goals and provided five assists in the Scottish Premiership for Motherwell this season.
The teenager needs to play regular first-team competitive football at this stage of his career, and if he leaves Motherwell this summer, then he should pick a club where he will get the most playing time.
