Antonio Conte has now emerged on Everton’s shortlist, despite claims he was close to the Tottenham Hotspur job.
The Sun say that Everton owner Farhad Moshiri would be willing to pay £11 million a year to the Italian boss, who has emerged as a potential option.
Moshiri is believed to be a particularly big fan of the Italian.
If he was to rock up at Everton then it could be a particularly bad look for Tottenham, though.
Conte was thought to be on the verge of taking the Spurs job, but it now seems that Everton may beat them to the punch, if they drive through with their interest.
Whether Conte would be prepared to take the Everton role over the Spurs job remains to be seen.
However, Moshiri apparently wants to prove Everton’s ambition again, after losing Carlo Ancelotti.

Conte, who has won five league titles across his career, appeals to both Tottenham and Everton as he is available without any compensation.
The Italian has quit his job at Inter Milan and given his success there, it is little surprise that the interest in him in rising.
If he was to arrive at Everton, it is likely that he would deploy his favoured 5-3-2 system, which the Toffees may actually be suited to.
The likes of Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin have proven they can work well in tandem up-front, while Lucas Digne and Ben Godfrey both could prove excellent options in a five-man defence.
