Arsenal and Tottenham linked Morgan Schneiderlin is set to clinch a move to Manchester United.
Morgan Schneiderlin is to undergo a medical at Manchester United today (Monday 29) report The Sun.
The Southampton midfielder hopes to complete his £24 million switch and become the Red Devils’ second signing of the summer, following Memphis Depay.
Earlier this summer Arsenal had appeared front runners for the signature of the French international, with SkySports reporting the Saints had been hopeful of keeping the midfielder.
Schneiderlin would be an outstanding addition for United, whose fans have cried out for top quality midfield signings for the best part of the last decade.

Schneiderlin has been one of the most consistent players in the Premier League over the past three seasons, with 2014/15 no exception to his high quality.
He is exactly the type of defensive midfielder United need to allow their array of attacking talent to flourish, and effectively screen the back four – or three as it was at times last season.
The midfielder was particularly impressive at Old Trafford earlier this year as Southampton picked up a key victory over the Red Devils. The Manchester Evening News reported that it was the way he outclassed Michael Carrick in this encounter which convinced Louis van Gaal to make a move for him this summer.
