West Brom are seemingly in pole position for Sissoko’s signature, ahead of Sunderland and Hull.

The Daily Mail reports that Momo Sissoko is set to feature in West Bromwich Albion’s friendly against Delhi Dynamos this weekend – with his representatives also ‘thought’ to have spoken with Premier League rivals Sunderland and Hull City.
West Brom were linked with a number of central midfielders ahead of Wednesday’s transfer deadline, notably Malaga’s Ignacio Camacho, Sporting’s William Carvalho and Everton’s James McCarthy.
However, only right-back Allan Nyom and winger Hal Robson-Kanu came in, leaving manager Tony Pulis to enter the free agent market.

And the Welshman’s search is set to begin with Sissoko, formerly of Liverpool, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain, who left Shanghai Shenhua earlier this year.
However, the Baggies may have a hasty decision to make with his representatives, Invest Sports Management, ‘thought’ to have held talks with Sunderland and Hull.

The Mackems saw a deadline day move for Yann M’Vila collapse – despite having already agreed to sign him at the end of his Rubin Kazan contract on January 1 – and could turn to Sissoko in the meantime.
The 31-year-old former Mali international won league titles with both Valencia and PSG.
