The striker will reportedly not be offered a new contract by West Ham United.

According to a report from the Times, West Ham hitman Andy Carroll could leave the London Stadium upon the expiration of his contract in the summer, and join an MLS side.
The 30-year-old joined the Hammers on a permanent £15 million deal from Liverpool in the summer of 2013, having spent the previous season on loan with the east London outfit, and has gone on to score 34 goals in 142 appearances in all competitions.
Carroll’s time with West Ham has been blighted by injuries, however, and it seems almost certain that he will not be offered a new deal at the end of the season.

The Times suggests that the Geordie’s Hammers career is over, now that he has been ruled out for the remainder of the season with another injury, and the MLS could beckon for him.
Carroll will surely be a hit in the more pedestrian paced MLS, and despite earning a wonderful living from his time in the Premier League, he will surely always look back on the past five years or so thinking what might have been.
