Rangers and Celtic are reportedly keen to sign Motherwell’s Jake Hastie.

According to The Scottish Sun, Millwall have joined Celtic and Rangers in the race to sign winger Jake Hastie from Motherwell this summer.
Hastie, 19, has come up through the Motherwell ranks and spent the first half of the season in the Scottish Championship, playing for Alloa Athletic on loan until January.
Motherwell recalled him at the turn of the year, and he has been in red-hot form having hit five goals in eight games for the Fir Park side.
His pace and goals have caught the eye, and The Scottish Sun report that Celtic and Rangers now face a new battle in their hopes of signing the teenager.
It’s reported that Championship side Millwall are interested in signing Hastie, and even watched him in action against Kilmarnock on Saturday afternoon.
Motherwell’s big problem is that Hastie is out of contract this summer, and whilst they’ve offered him a new three-year deal, there is no indication as of yet that he’ll stay put.

A move to Celtic or Rangers would be a huge pay day for the youngster, and Millwall – providing they don’t get dragged in to a relegation battle – could be a great move if he wants a pathway to first-team football.
Milwall have Scottish talents Jordan Archer and Murray Wallace in their squad as well as ex-Motherwell defender Shaun Hutchinson, and are now seemingly hoping to add Hastie to that contingent this summer.
