AC Milan continue to eye Tottenham’s Mousa Dembele.

AC Milan are hoping to pull off a cut price deal for Tottenham Hotspur’s Mousa Dembele, according to reports in Italy.
The report states that Milan’s chances will be greatly enhanced if Tottenham pull off their proposed move for Barcelona’s Andre Gomes.

Milan are claimed to be monitoring this situation before making an approach to Spurs for the veteran midfielder.
Dembele has been a crucial player for Tottenham since signing in 2012, replacing Luka Modric.
2017 saw him struggle with injuries and a loss of form, and the emergence of Harry Winks has given Tottenham a player to build their side around in the future.
Andre Gomes is out of favour at Barcelona having only started two La Liga games this season.
Whether they judge him to be worth selling or loaning Dembele for is another matter, and the Belgian may not want to leave with the challenge of the Champions League knockout rounds on the horizon, for a dysfunctional AC Milan side.
