Norwich City had the Everton youngster on trial in March.

Midfielder Tom Scully is believed to be closing in on a move to Norwich City after his release by Everton on Thursday, the Liverpool Echo reports.
Scully is one of eight youngsters let go by Everton, along with Stephen Duke-McKenna, Tom Murphy Sid, Kerr, Charlie Ball, Nathan Moore, Nathan Baxter and Jordan Corke.
However, the 18-year-old may not be unemployed for long, should the Norwich speculation prove accurate.

Norwich took Scully on trial in March, and saw the former Liverpool youth player score in their Under-18s’ 4-1 defeat against Reading later that month.
Ex-Everton striker Steven Naismith is already on the Canaries’ books, although he spent the latter half of the season on loan at Hearts.
Duke-McKenna trialled at Burnley earlier in the campaign, however, it is unclear if the Clarets will offer a permanent deal to the winger.
Murphy is understood to have a contract on the table from a club in Ireland, according to the Liverpool Echo.
Will the former Everton man prove a good addition for Norwich?
