According to the Daily Mail, Leeds United are set to tie up a deal for Bayern Munich midfielder Michaël Cuisance.

It’s claimed that Cuisance will arrive in England today, in order to undergo his medical with Leeds and finalise the deal.

Bayern have allegedly negotiated a buy-back clause into the deal, which will cost Leeds around £18million, meaning Bayern are doubling their money.

Cuisance is signing a five-year deal with Leeds, in what appears to be a massive coup for Marcelo Bielsa’s side.

The buy-back clause is of course a slight disappointment, as Leeds could lose the Frenchman in the coming years with little control over his future.

Still, the 21-year-old is an immensely talented playmaker with great vision and passing, whilst he has a superb left foot too.

Cuisance will provide more guile and creativity to the Leeds midfield, and looks well-suited to being Pablo Hernandez’s long-term heir.

Cuisance will now join Robin Koch, Diego Llorente and Rodrigo Moreno in joining Leeds, and a winger should be the next arrival at Elland Road once Cuisance’s move is done.
