Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino worked with Manchester United defender Luke Shaw at Southampton.

Pochettino worked with Shaw at Southampton, and the Argentine manager reportedly wants to bring the 23-year-old England international to Spurs.
The former Southampton star, though, is more likely to stay at Old Trafford, with United keen to tie him down to a long-term contract, according to The Sun.
Shaw – who earns £70,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – joined United from Southampton in the summer of 2014 for a transfer fee reported by The Sun to be worth £30 million and is out of contract at the Red Devils next summer.

Tottenham Hotspur move
Shaw is a hugely talented and promising young left-back, and the England international has been playing well for United so far this season.
While the 23-year-old would be a great signing for Tottenham in the long run, especially on a free transfer next summer, if he continues to play well this season and step up, then United will do their best to keep hold of him.
