The Tottenham Hotspur youngster needs to be playing more regular first-team football next season.

According to a report from Football.London, Mauricio Pochettino will sit down with Kyle Walker-Peters in July for talks regarding the youngster’s future at the club.
The 22-year-old, who can play at left-back or right-back, has made 10 appearances in all competitions for Spurs this season, but he is now at an age where he really needs to be playing more regularly than that.
Tottenham have had real problems in the right-back department this season, with Kieran Trippier and Serge Aurier both really struggling with form and fitness, yet Walker-Peters still hasn’t really been given enough chances to impress.
And Football.London claims that the Spurs youngster could very likely be sent out on loan before the start of next season, in order to help aid his development further still.

Walker-Peters is undoubtedly a real talent, and he will be frustrated at his lack of game-time for Tottenham.
Should Spurs sell Kieran Trippier this summer, however, a space might open up for the 22-year-old next season, and he might finally get the chance to impress Pochettino on a more regular basis.
