Spurs are keeping tabs on the Portuguese winger.
Galatasaray’s Bruma in action with Manchester United’s Matteo Darmian
Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has sent scouts to watch Portuguese winger Bruma in action for Galatasaray – according to Fanatik.
They claim that Pochettino sent scouts to watch the player in action v Kayserispor on the 10th September.
Bruma has impressed so far this season, with one goal and two assists from five games and Tottenham scouts were said to be impressed.
However, the report claims that interest from Spurs – as well as PSV Eindhoven and Sevilla – has seen Gala move ahead with plans to give Bruma a contract extension, which would keep him in Istanbul until 2020.
Manchester United’s Antonio Valencia in action with Galatasaray’s Bruma
It was reported by Fanatik earlier this month that Spurs were one of several teams who asked about him during the summer transfer period.
They reported that Arsenal, Chelsea, West Ham and Spurs all enquired after the player and may consider a move for him if he impresses in Istanbul this term.
Gala will not be willing to sell him for less than €25 million (£21.2 million) but are confident the Premier League quartet would pay that moment.
Bruma spent last season on loan at Real Sociedad after struggling for first-team football at Gala but his good form in Spain has seen interest in his services heighten.
It will certainly be interesting to see if Spurs do make a move for the player in the future.
