Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has reportedly been unimpressed by Christian Eriksen’s pre-season showings.

Eriksen has been heavily linked with Manchester United in recent times, and the Spurs boss is willing to sell the Dane.
Pochettino is said to have reservations about keeping Eriksen, as he is in the final year of his contract.
The Tottenham boss is also said to have been unimpressed by Eriksen’s performances over pre-season, which have been poor.
Eriksen did score for Tottenham against Bayern Munich, but his body language has been questionable at times, and he has missed two penalties.

In truth, Eriksen’s form for Tottenham has not been up to scratch for at least six months now.
And it seems that Pochettino has decided that the time is right for Spurs to cash in on the playmaker.
That decision makes sense, but Pochettino will surely be relying on Spurs signing another creator before the deadline.
If Tottenham fail to replace Eriksen then his departure will be a huge blow, as he has been such a key source of goals and assists for the Lilywhites in recent years.
