Liverpool and Manchester United have both been linked with a move for the Ajax ace.

According to a report from Spanish media outlet Sport, Matthijs de Ligt’s agent Mino Raiola is urging his client to join Liverpool rather than Barcelona or Manchester United.
The Holland international is valued at around £75 million, according to Fox Sports, and considering the fact that he is just 19-years-old, that would surely represent great value for money for the Reds.
It will not be easy for Liverpool to sign De Ligt this summer, with a whole host of clubs interested in signing him, including the likes of Juventus, PSG, Manchester United and Barcelona, according to Spanish media outlet Sport.
It seems as though the Merseyside outfit might have an advantage, however.

Spanish media outlet Sport suggest that De Ligt’s agent Mino Raiola is pushing for his client to join Liverpool.
The prospect of the Ajax ace lining up alongside Virgil van Dijk really would be a tantalising one for Reds fans, and should Klopp manage to bring him to Anfield this summer, it could turn out to be the the signing that takes them to that elusive next level.
And should Liverpool beat Manchester United to his signature, it would be all the more satisfying for the Merseysiders.
