Martin Dubravka and Isaac Hayden are important players for Newcastle United.

It has been reported that talks between Newcastle and goalkeeper Dubravka and defensive midfielder Hayden have started, and that they are heading in the right direction.
Although there is still work to be done, the 30-year-old and the 24-year-old are expected to extend their stay at St. James’ Park, according to the report.
Amazing turnaround
While Dubravka has established himself as an important player for Newcastle and a new contract is not really a surprise, the case with Hayden is very interesting and intriguing.
Back in May 2019, the former Arsenal prospect told The Sun that he was going to leave Newcastle in the summer transfer window.
The Englishman – who is valued at €30 million (£27m) by the CIES Football Observatory – handed in a transfer request at Newcastle in the summer of 2018, as reported by The Chronicle.
However, it now seems that Hayden is happy at Newcastle at the moment and is willing to extend his stay at the Magpies.
