Crystal Palace midfielder Yohan Cabaye has emerged as a transfer target for Marseille.
Cabaye has now entered the final year of his current contract at Selhurst Park and it is not thought likely the 31-year-old will discuss new terms this summer.

Therefore if Palace want to recoup any of the £10m they paid to Paris Saint-Germain for the Frenchman in 2015 (BBC), then they would have to sell him before he can leave on a free transfer.
Cabaye has been a key figure for the Eagles since returning to the Premier League following a one-year stay with PSG, playing 75 games in all competitions for the South London side.
Previously the France international played in England with Newcastle United, spending three years at St James’ Park after signing from boyhood club Lille in 2011.
New Palace manager Frank de Boer has already recruited in central midfield this summer with the loan signing of Chelsea’s Ruben Loftus-Cheek, so may be in a better position if he were to lose Cabaye.
