West Ham United reportedly want striker Mario Mandzukic.

According to Tuttosport, Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic has an offer from a team in Qatar, and is weighing up his options.
The Croatian, 33, has scored 44 goals in 162 games for Juve since joining from Atletico Madrid in 2015, but his time with the club may be coming to an end.
New boss Maurizio Sarri doesn’t appear to be keen on Mandzukic, and has bizarrely left him out of the Juventus squad for their Champions League campaign.
It’s now claimed that Mandzukic has a big-money offer to go and play in Qatar, and with their transfer window open until September 30th, he could still move this month.
The report notes that Mandzukic may yet choose to wait and see what European offers come his way before January, meaning his future is up in the air right now.
West Ham United will be keeping close tabs on the situation, with The Mirror claiming last week that they’re keen to sign Mandzukic in January.

He’s the first name really linked with a move to join Manuel Pellegrini’s side in January, and they will hope that Mandzukic doesn’t go to Qatar, as they will hope to at least have a crack at him in the new year.
West Ham need one more striker, and a veteran like Mandzukic fits the bill, but they face real competition from the bags of money in Qatar, which may be appealing given Mandzukic’s age, with West Ham trying to ensure they’re no longer seen as a last big pay day for veteran players.
