Everton boss Marco Silva is yet to make a signing since being appointed at Goodison Park.

Watford have ruled out selling any players to Everton this summer, but Silva is still keen to test the water with his former club.
He wants both Doucoure and Richarlison, and is willing to invest £50 million to sign them both.
Whether that will be enough to prise the pair away from Watford remains to be seen, but Silva does not anticipate having any problems getting them if a bid is accepted.
The Portuguese boss reportedly believes that they would both be very keen to move to Everton, if the opportunity arose.

Silva’s relationship with Watford was damaged, for his actions after Everton’s interest in him was known.
The new Toffees boss is yet to make a signing at Goodison Park, but is expected to make new additions before the end of the summer transfer window.
