Everton’s new signings have generally been given gentle introductions to life at Goodison Park so far.

According to a report in the Liverpool Echo, Everton boss Marco Silva wants to arrange a behind closed doors friendly to get his new signings up to speed.

Everton brought in Moise Kean, Fabian Delph and Djibril Sidibe over the summer, but they are all still waiting to be given their first starts.

Kean has been introduced gently to Everton’s team, and has only been brought on as a substitute so far.

And Silva reportedly feels that the trio all need more game time to sharpen up.

Delph has been out with injury, while Sidibe joined late and missed much of Everton’s pre-season.

The Toffees now may play a friendly match on their training ground to try and get minutes into the trio of new signings.

Silva’s first-team take on Aston Villa next on Friday evening, and it remains to be seen whether any of the Everton new boys will be used for that contest.
