Leeds United are likely to cash in on Samu Saiz this summer.

According to El Gol Digital in Spain, Valencia boss Marcelino is still interested in snapping up Leeds United playmaker Samu Saiz this summer.
Saiz, 28, started the season well under Marcelo Bielsa, but faded towards the end of the year, and it eventually became clear that he wanted a return to Spain.
Just 18 months after arriving at Leeds from Huesca, Saiz headed back to Spain with Getafe, joining on loan with a view to a permanent move at the end of the season.
Sadly, Saiz hasn’t quite got going with Getafe yet as they chase a Champions League place, notching just one goal and no assists in eight league games, of which only two have been starts.
Now, El Gol Digital report that Getafe are unlikely to make Saiz’s move permanent this summer, instead ready to send him back to Leeds – but that may not be for long.
Linked last summer, it’s claimed that Valencia boss Marcelino still wants Saiz despite his lack of impact with Getafe, as he views him as an ideal, low-cost replacement for Denis Cheryshev.

Leeds would be unlikely to stand in Saiz’s way given that he wants to go back to Spain for good for personal reasons, and a move to Valencia would be a great opportunity for the playmaker.
Leeds would still be able to expect a decent fee back though, with a fee of €6.5million (£5.5million) mentioned in the report.
