The Tottenham Hotspur ace has been linked with a move to Manchester United.

According to a report from the Guardian, Manchester United remain keen on signing Tottenham ace Danny Rose, but they will have to fork out £53 million if they want to prise the left-back away from north London this summer.
The 27-year-old has fallen down the pecking order at Spurs this season, and has played second fiddle to Ben Davies, making just 14 appearances in all competitions thus far.
Rose is still a top class performer, however, and he would surely prove himself to be an outstanding signing for the Red Devils, if Jose Mourinho does in fact manage to bring him to Old Trafford this summer.

The Guardian claims that the England international has been identified as a key summer transfer target for United by Mourinho, although they will have to part with £53 million in oder to obtain his signature.

Tottenham sold Kyle Walker to Manchester City last summer for a similar fee, and he has gone on to win the league title with Pep Guardiola’s side.
Spurs must surely learn from past mistakes, but with Daniel Levy running the club, and the opportunity of raking in £50 million plus for a defender, it would be no surprise to see Rose head up the M1 this summer.
