Eurosport are reporting that Manchester City will speak to Harry Kane’s representatives during the Euro 2020 finals over signing the Tottenham Hotspur striker.

Kane is with England at the Euro 2020 finals at the moment, and it is clear that no transfer will happen while the Three Lions are still in the competition.
However, City are planning to lay down the foundations for a move later in the window.
It has been reported that during Euro 2020, Kane’s agents ‘will be sounded out’ by City representatives over what the Premier League club plan to offer.
Tottenham Hotspur exit inevitable?
Sky Sports reported last month that Kane has told Tottenham that he wants to leave this summer.
The England international striker himself said on The Overlap that he wants to win trophies and is open to an exit from Spurs.
It does seem only a matter of time before Kane leaves.
However, Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is not going to make it easy.
Eurosport claim that Levy wants as much as £150 million as transfer fee for Kane.
