According to The Daily Mail, Manchester City will let Arijanet Muric join Nottingham Forest on loan in the summer transfer window.

Forest reportedly want to sign the 20-year-old goalkeeper on loan this summer, and Premier League champions City allow him to move to the Championship club.

It has been reported that City manager Pep Guardiola thinks that playing regular first-team football in the Championship will help the Kosovo international progress in his career.

Good move for Arijanet Muric?

Muric is a very talented and promising young goalkeeper who played five times in the League Cup for City this past season, according to WhoScored.

The 20-year-old needs to play regular first-team competitive football, and Forest will provide him with that.

The Reds are a massive club, and the City Ground faithful will expect the team to challenge for the Championship playoffs next season.

Costel Pantilimon and Luke Steele are the two main goalkeepers at Forest, and it is going to be hard for Muric to displace them and establish himself as the first choice between the posts.
