Leicester City, Manchester City and Everton are reportedly interested in signing Burnley’s Michael Keane in the January transfer window.
Manchester City are interested in signing Michael Keane from Burnley in the January transfer window, according to The Sun.
It has been reported by the British tabloid that Everton and Leicester City are also interested in securing the services of the 24-year-old defender.
“While City consider an offer, Everton have pushed Keane back up their wish-list after hitting snags in their chase for Sunderland’s Lamine Kone and Southampton’s Virgil van Dijk,” adds the report in The Sun.
“Ronald Koeman is an admirer of Keane and his spies have also recommended him as the Toffees chief searches for TWO top central defenders.”

According to The Sun, the former Manchester United defender is valued at £20 million by Burnley.
Keane is a good defender and has progressed well at Burnley since joining the Clarets on a permanent basis in 2015.
Joining City could be tempting for the defender for so many reasons, and this means that Everton and Leicester could miss out.

While the Toffees are aiming to be the ‘best of the rest’, the Foxes are struggling for survival in the Premier League at the moment.
Leaving Burnley for Leicester would not make much sense for Keane, while the Clarets themselves may not be too keen for the player to depart in the middle of the season.
Burnley are 12th in the Premier League table at the moment with 26 points from 21 matches.
