Manchester City are reportedly keen on Brighton and Hove Albion striker Aaron Connolly.

According to Sky Sports, Brighton and Hove Albion striker Aaron Connolly is attracting interest from RB Leipzig, Manchester City and Manchester United.
Brighton have focused on bringing strikers in of late, having snapped up Florin Andone and Jurgen Locadia in 2018, offering more competition to veteran Glenn Murray.
However, it also seems that they have a top young striker already at their disposal, with Connolly drawing plaudits for his red-hot form this season.
Connolly, 18, has been featuring for Brighton’s Under-23’s this term, and has a total of 14 goals in 14 games in all competitions, including Premier League 2 and the EFL Trophy.
The Irishman looks set for a huge future, and after making a 2016 move from Mervue United in Ireland, it seems that Connolly could be on the move again in 2019.

It’s claimed that RB Leipzig and other German clubs want to lure him away from the Amex Stadium, whilst Manchester rivals City and United are also interested in the teenage hitman.
Connolly may just have his pick of clubs in 2019 if there are bids prepared for his signature, and Brighton would be left with the dilemma; reject the bids and attempt to fast-track Connolly to the first team, or accept and reinvest the cash in the first team this season.
