Tottenham Hotspur are being linked with Barcelona’s Malcom.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona winger Malcom has asked manager Ernesto Valverde to let him go in January, with Tottenham Hotspur’s interest once again noted.
Malcom, 21, became a star in France having left Corinthians for Bordeaux in January 2016, and with 12 goals as well as seven assists last season, he attracted major interest in the summer transfer window.
Barcelona landed his signature, swooping into pip Roma to a £36.5million deal, as reported by The Guardian – but his move to Catalunya has been a disaster so far.
Malcom has made only two appearances this season, both as a substitute, totalling just 25 minutes of playing time, leaving him hugely frustrated with his role under Ernesto Valverde.
Now, Mundo Deportivo report that Malcom has asked Valverde to sell him in January if he doesn’t in tend to use him, with three clubs – Arsenal, Inter Milan and Tottenham Hotspur – registering an interest in signing him.

A pacey, skilful winger who can be dangerous from long range, Malcom would be a fine addition for any side, even if Barca would no doubt want to at least recoup their outlay on the Brazilian.
Malcom has been linked with Spurs in the last two transfer windows, and with Malcom seemingly prepared to ask for a move away, it may be the ideal time for Tottenham to finally lure him to North London.
