Leeds are reportedly interested in signing Kean in January.

Italian outlet CalcioMercato have delivered a major transfer blow to Leeds United, by detailing where Juventus striker Moise Kean is most likely to end up in the January transfer window.

Spanish outlet Sport claim Leeds have tabled an offer for the 18-year-old forward, along with Turkish side Galatasaray and French outfit Marseille. It is expected that the teenager will move on loan.

Kean became the first player born in the 21st century to play in any of Europe’s top-four leagues, when he made his Juve debut two years ago in November 2016. He came on as a sub as Juve beat Pescara 3-0 in Serie A.

Since then, Kean has gone on to make five senior appearances for Juve – scoring one goal – and earning one senior Italy cap. But with the likes of Paulo Dybala, Cristiano Ronaldo and Mario Mandzukic ahead of him, he has struggled.

Indeed, only one cameo role in the Champions League has come his way this season. It suggests that he could be available in January, but CalcioMercato claim that Leeds are not one of the frontrunners in the race for his signature.

The Italian site claims clubs from Ligue 1, the Dutch Eredivisie and the German Bundesliga are winning the race for Kean, who does not want to remain in Serie A with another side other than Juve.

Kean’s agent is Mino Raiola, and the well-renowned super agent is sure to get the best deal for the young star. But that does not appear to be a move to Elland Road in January.
