Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers have been tracking Motherwell’s Louis Moult for some time.
According to a report in the Scottish Sun, Louis Moult has turned down a move to Glasgow Rangers.
Rangers had been trying to sign the forward from Motherwell, but failed in their pursuit.
Moult has decided that a move to Preston North End would be better for him, rather than making a switch to Ibrox.
Rangers will now have to look elsewhere, as Graeme Murty looks to strengthen his squad.
Moult has scored 14 goals in 22 matches this term, and was thought to be one of Rangers’ top targets.
Rangers had been tracking Moult for some time, but have been unable to get a deal over the line.
Moult will now move to Preston, as he looks to make a success of his career in England.
Moult has previously played for the likes of Stoke City, Northampton Town and Nuneaton in his younger years, before moving north of the border.
