The Portuguese winger has been linked with a move to Spurs this month.
Long-term Tottenham Hotspur transfer target Bruma is renewing contract negotiations with his current club Galatasaray, according to reports in Turkey.
Tottenham were recently handed a boost in their pursuit of the Portuguese winger, according to Hurriyet in Turkey.
He reportedly told the Turkish side he will not be signing a new contract at the club and that they should sell him to Spurs.

The report claimed that Tottenham want to sign him for €20 million (£17 million) and that Bruma informed the hierarchy at Galatasaray that he was keen on playing in England.
However, as reported by Ajansspor, Bruma is set to renegotiate the terms of his contract this week.
The report, which suggests Spurs have already had a bid rejected this month, claims he met with the Galatasaray president regarding a contract renewal. He is to receive a 100 per cent pay-rise and a sign-on fee of around €2 million (£1.7 million).

That is a good offer and one Bruma may struggle to reject.
Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with his signature for some time but concrete movement on a deal has never been forthcoming.
It could be a new contract is on the horizon, which might put those rumours to bed.
