Alaves and Real Valladolid are reportedly keen on Fernando Llorente as the Tottenham Hotspur striker seeks a return to Spain.

Both Alaves and Real Valladolid are interested in signing the striker, who joined Spurs from Swansea City in the summer of 2017.

However, with Harry Kane the undisputed first choice in the number nine position, Llorente struggled to make much of an impact in North London.
In 31 appearances for the club the 33-year-old scored just five goals – three of which came in one game against League One’s Rochdale in an FA Cup replay.

With Llorente set to turn 34-years-old next season and Tottenham having been linked with several other forwards, it is unlikely they will stand in the Spaniard’s way if an offer from his home country is received.
It would bring to an end a varied two years in the Premier League for the attacker, having been much more impressive with Swansea with 15 strikes in 33 league matches in 2016/17.
