Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana is reportedly willing to go back to Southampton.
The 31-year-old attacking midfielder started his professional club football career at Southampton and joined Liverpool in the summer of 2014 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £25 million and when Brendan Rodgers – now the Leicester City manager – was in charge of the Reds.
Situation
The Express has claimed that Lallana has no future at Liverpool under manager Jurgen Klopp, and that the England international has told his friends that he would be ready to move back to the Saints.
The report has also claimed that Southampton are aware of Lallana’s wish and are monitoring his situation, with Liverpool claimed to ask for around £13m as transfer fee for the Englishman – meaning that they are ready to take a hit of £12m.

Lallana made five starts and eight substitute appearances in the Premier League for Liverpool and has played 104 minutes in the Champions League this season, according to WhoScored.
