Liverpool are allegedly interested in signing the Brescia youngster.

According to Goal, Liverpool will have to pay around €28 million (£24.2 million) if they want to sign Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali.
Brescia owner Massimo Cellino claimed that Liverpool are interested in signing the teenager, as well as Serie A giants Roma, when speaking exclusively to Italian media outlet Corriere dell Sport:
“Yes, Roma have asked me about Tonali. I’ve talked about him to [Roma director Mauro] Baldissoni several times, but I want to keep the lad as long as possible. Is he ready? I don’t know, he’s 18. But Liverpool also contacted me a little while ago.”
The 18-year-old is a deep-lying central midfielder by trade, and he is a real talent, having already been compared with his countryman Andrea Pirlo.
Tonali has already made 50 senior appearances for Brescia, and £24.2 million could end up being a small price to pay for someone with so much talent.
Jürgen Klopp has an incredibly strong group of players at his disposal at Liverpool, but there is always room for a special talent, and the Brescia ace certainly meets that criteria.

Central midfield could be an area where the Reds want to improve, with James Milner on the wrong side of 33, and Naby Keita failing to impress at Anfield.
Whether Liverpool will be prepared to pay the reported fee of £24.2 million for someone so young and still unproven, however, remains to be seen.
