Fulham youngster Harvey Elliott is reportedly on Liverpool’s radar.
It has been reported that the 16-year-old attacking midfielder has turned down a contract at Fulham.
The report has also claimed of interest in the teenager from Barcelona, Real Madrid and RB Leipzig.

It is hard to see the 16-year-old break into the Reds’ first team rightaway, but he can be a very good acquisition in the long run.
Liverpool have a very good youth system, and in years gone by, they have produced and developed some world-class players.
Elliott is technically very gifted, and the 16-year-old will get better and become the finished article in the coming years.
Fulham will play in the Championship next season after getting relegated from the Premier League at the end of the 2018-29 campaign.
