Would Barella be a good signing for Liverpool?

The Italian is a classy operator, and possesses wonderful technical ability. He is cool and composed when in possession of the football, and has the ability to dictate the tempo of the game from the middle of the park.

Barella is a tireless worker, and possesses an impressive engine, He is small in stature, however, and the one question mark hanging over his head would be whether he has the physical attributes needed to be a success in the Premier League.

Whilst £39.4 million seems like a lot of money for an unproven commodity, the current state of the market means that there are not many bargains available anymore.

Barella has bags of potential, and for the price mentioned, he might just be worth taking a punt on.
