Liverpool are reportedly keen on signing the Portuguese ace.

According to Portuguese media outlet Correio da Manha, Liverpool are ready to meet Bruno Fernandes’s agent Miguel Pinho in London to discuss an improved offer for the Portuguese attacking midfielder.
Correio da Manha reported last week that the Reds offered €45 million (£40 million) for the 24-year-old, and were not prepared to go any higher.
The same Portuguese outlet now claims that Liverpool officials are set to meet the Sporting Lisbon ace’s agent in London in the coming days, and are prepared to offer Rafael Camacho on top of their previous £40 million bid, as translated by The Metro.
If accepted…good deal for the Merseyside outfit?
This would be an incredible coup for Liverpool.
Fernandes was in sensational form for Sporting last season, racking up 32 goals and 18 assists in 53 appearances in all competitions, and he would undoubtedly take Jurgen Klopp’s side to another level entirely.
The Portugal international excels when deployed in the number 10 position, and that would provide Klopp with the option of playing a 4-2-3-1 formation.

Fernandes is a truly elite player, and if Liverpool manage to get him for £40 million, whilst sending Camacho in the opposite direction, they will have secured themselves a real bargain.
It would be a huge surprise to see Sporting let him go for that, however, with so many elite clubs in the race for his signature, so the Reds might just have to up their offer, in order to prise him away from the José Alvalade Stadium.
A Bola claims that the 24-year-old is valued at £62 million, so Liverpool’s hopes of signing him could depend on Sporting’s valuation of Camacho.
