Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has been left very impressed by Mateusz Musialowski after he was called up to first-team training this week, the Athletic say.
Klopp was keen to give Liverpool’s young players a chance to show what they could do in training, with so many first-teamers away on international duty.
And it seems that Musialowski has certainly taken his chance to impress.
The teenaged talent, who only joined Liverpool last year, is quickly earning a reputation as one of the finest talents in the Reds’ youth system.
It is reported that Klopp was regularly shouting ‘well done’ at Musialowski during training, such was the level of his performance.

The Polish attacker is blessed with pace and trickery and it seems that his skill even had an impact on Liverpool’s senior players.
Whether Musialowski will now continue to train with the first-team regularly remains to be seen.
But the 17-year-old has apparently done his first-team chances no harm, and his first-team debut may now be edging closer.
