Liverpool are reportedly pursuing Red Bull Salzburg ace Valon Berisha.

According to Spox, Liverpool are interested in signing Red Bull Salzburg playmaker Valon Berisha – and have already opened talks with his representatives about a deal.
The Reds are on the verge of the Champions League semi-finals under Jurgen Klopp, and with a top four finish virtually secured, the future looks bright for Liverpool.
Naby Keita will sign this summer from RB Leipzig, but Klopp may be looking for another another early signing to kickstart the club’s summer transfer business.
Spox report that Liverpool want to sign Red Bull Salzburg star Valon Berisha, and having recently watched him in Europa League action against Borussia Dortmund, they have allegedly opened talks with his representatives about a summer deal.

Berisha, 25, has hit six goals in his last eight games for the Austrian side, with five goals in 10 Europa League games this season putting him on the radar of a number of clubs.
The Kosovo international has more than 200 appearances for Red Bull Salzburg since his 2012 move from Viking, and his versatility to play as a central attacking midfielder or out wide could be appealing to Klopp.
The reports may be a blow for Newcastle though, as The Chronicle recently reported that the Magpies have been pursuing Berisha for 18 months, and could have been eyeing up a summer bid – but Liverpool may now swoop in to ruin their hopes.
