Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool reportedly have a price in mind when it comes to Juventus winger Federico Chiesa.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Liverpool are interested in signing Federico Chiesa from Juventus in the summer transfer window.
The report in the Italian publication has claimed that Liverpool are ready to pay €40 million (£34.50 million) in transfer fees for the 25-year-old Italy international winger.
However, Italian and European giants Juventus want €60 million (£51.55 million) for Chiesa, who has “lightning speed” according to the Bianconeri’s official website.
Aston Villa are also claimed to be interested in the winger, described as “really special” by Juventus and Italy legend Gianluigi Buffon in La Gazzetta dello Sport in July 2021.

What should Liverpool do about Juventus winger Federico Chiesa?
In our opinion, Liverpool should not rush into making a bid for Juventus winger Federico Chiesa in the summer transfer window.
While the Italian is a very good winger, he has had serious injury problems in recent years and is not at his best at the moment.
It would be a risk for Liverpool to sign the winger for €60 million (£51.55 million).
Moreover, there is a case to be made that the Merseyside club do not need another winger.
After all, Liverpool are on the verge of signing Dominik Szoboszlai, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger.
Mohamed Salah, Luis Diaz, Diogo Jota, Darwin Nunez and Cody Gakpo are the other options in attack for Klopp.
Do Liverpool really need another attack-minded player?
