Liverpool are reportedly showing interest in the highly rated Benfica left back.

The full back role is one area where Jurgen Klopp could be looking to improve either in January or in the summer transfer window.
New summer signing Andy Robertson is yet to settle in, and has hardly played in the Premier League. Klopp has trusted Alberto Moreno for the first-choice role, but he has looked shaky at the back at times.
Robertson has only managed two Premier League starts so far, and there is a growing concern whether Klopp rates him at all.

The 22-year-old has played nine times this season and has put in attractive performances against Manchester United in the Champions League.

However, in order to capture his signature, the Reds will not only have to beat Italian giants Juventus, but will also have to cough up £35m.
In all probability, Liverpool will give Robertson the time to settle in, and integrate him gradually into the first team picture.
A move for Grimaldo in January is highly unlikely, as Liverpool need to bolster other priority areas.
