The Real Betis ace is a reported transfer target for Liverpool.

According to a report from Spanish media outlet Estadio Deportivo, Liverpool are interested in signing Real Betis ace Junior Firpo this summer, with Jurgen Klopp keen to bolster his left-back options at Anfield.
Alberto Moreno left the Reds on a free transfer this month, leaving Andy Robertson as the only left-back in Jurgen Klopp’s senior squad, although Joe Gomez can fill in there if needed.
And Firpo, 22, would be an exciting addition for Liverpool.
The Spain under-21 international has been with Betis for his entire career, and has made 43 appearances in all competitions for the La Liga outfit.
The Dominican Republic-born left-back possesses blistering pace, and he would provide fantastic competition for Robertson, although he would undoubtedly find it hard to usurp the Scot straight away.
He won’t come cheap, however.

Firpo has a €50 million (£45 million) release clause inserted into his current contract with Betis, according to Spanish publication AS, so Liverpool will have to lay out some serious cash for someone who will not instantly be a regular starter.
The Betis ace is a real talent though, and he could end up being a real coup for the Reds.
Whether Liverpool boss Klopp will feel as though he needs to spend that much on another left-back, however, remains to be seen.
