Liverpool are reportedly keen on Luka Modric.

Spanish outlet Diario Gol report Liverpool are eyeing a shock move for Real Madrid’s Luka Modric.
Modric won the Golden Ball award for best player at the 2018 World Cup and his stock has never been higher.
As a result Real Madrid are claimed to be considering their options if a huge bid comes in, as they look to raise more funds for moves for the likes of Eden Hazard, despite already selling Cristiano Ronaldo.
Real would only contemplate selling for 150 million Euros (£132 million).
The report claims there is interest from Liverpool and long-term admirers Chelsea.
Don’t bank on it
Modric is a big reason why Real have won the last two Champions League trophies in a row, and Real would be a little crazy to sell.
A move to Liverpool has to be considered unlikely, given that the Reds have already splashed out on midfielders Fabinho and Naby Keita this summer.

Bigger priorities are to sign a goalkeeper, and a club record breaking move for Modric would be just a little too rich for the Reds.
Modric would no doubt flourish under Jurgen Klopp’s management, but this rumour seems fanciful and not very likely.
